At BELLAMAR Wellness, we take pride in curated quality. Every order is hand-inspected and custom-packaged to ensure your pilates essentials arrive in perfect condition and ready for the mat.

Processing & Handling

  • Curation Period: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed, curated, and prepared for shipment.

  • Weekend Policy: Our team (and our hands!) take a break on the weekends. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will begin their curation period on the following Monday.

Shipping Timelines

Once your order has been hand-packaged and leaves our studio, delivery times will vary based on your location.

  • Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days once in transit.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We aim to provide the most efficient and secure shipping methods available to ensure your items arrive safely.

Tracking Your Order

Once your label is created, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the carrier has received the package.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Bellamar Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, please email us immediately at [Insert Email], and we will do our best to fix it before the package ships.
